Q. How often should I have my windows cleaned?

A. This is entirely up to you. Most customers have their windows cleaned every 4/6 or 8 weeks.
It does depend on where you live and your personal needs.

Q. How much will it cost?

A. Each property is different, and prices may vary depending on the size and number of windows to be cleaned.

Q. Can you still clean when it is raining?

A. Yes, I can.  The pure water cleaning system is still effective in the rain. There are exceptions, If the rain is heavy then I would reschedule for another day.

Q. What if I am not happy with the way the windows have been cleaned?

A. It’s very simple – if you’re not entirely satisfied with the service, just give me a call and I will arrange to come and clean the affected area again free of charge.

Q. How do I book?

A. Please get in touch via the website/email or telephone, and I will book you in for a free quotation.

Q. What method of payment do you accept?

A. Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer. However, we also accept payment by cash or cheque. Some customers like to pay by direct debit for regular cleans.

Q. Do you use ladders?

A. No,  I work from the safety of the ground, using a water-fed pole system
